I will go above and beyond and show them every house that fits there criteria including their price range as well as everything that they would want to have in their home. How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in? I do a full comparison chart on houses that have been sold as well as active in the area before making an offer on any home. What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling? First thing is everything on the listing has to be accurate and up to date at all times. Nothing will be left out to show this property. How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price? When you list a property you have to do the same as if you were buying a property and do a full comparison chart in the area from what has sold to what else is active and is you competition! What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth? COMMUNICATE! I will keep them on track throughout every step of the process as well as stay on top of the buyers to make sure that everyone is reaching their deadlines.
