Nikki Pruitt has served Southwest Louisiana in the real estate market for over five years. "Real estate is not only my career, it is my passion," she says. "I entered this market in one of the most difficult housing crises in history. I became a realtor because I had a desire to serve the community I love." Pruitt graduated with honors from McNeese State University with a degree in Marketing. She spent her college years working alongside her sisters and their mother Paulina Siebarth at Nina P's Café, where she gained experience and fostered relationships that have followed her throughout her career. She knew real estate was what she wanted to do and made a commitment to work hard and persevere in good times and bad. She became known for her analytical approach to the market, resourceful marketing, and outgoing personality with both buyers and sellers. Pruitt quickly became one of southwest Louisiana's top producers, despite a tough market. Innovative marketing and creative design earned Pruitt recognition by TLC's nationally televised program, "My First Home." She was honored to have the cameras come to Lake Charles and film a program portraying the wonderful positive aspects of our beautiful city. Pruitt soon became one of the top five Keller Williams agents in the gulf region and Keller Williams Lake Charles' Top Agent several years in a row. Inspired by her family's background in local business, and dedicated to the community she loves, Pruitt decided to become a broker and open her own local real estate brokerage, Nikki P's Realty. Fortunately for Pruitt and all local realtors, the regional real estate market has taken a positive turn. Pruitt shares her life and experiences with her tight knit family and three young sons. She is proud to be a working mom and involves her family in every aspect of her career.
