About Trey Willard

I'm Trey Willard, Team Leader and CEO of The W Group, Baton Rouge's leading realtor, with 1,000+ homes sold personally across my career. I built The W Group to give Louisiana buyers and sellers something the market was missing: a full team of specialists handling every piece of the transaction, backed by the scale, data, and tools of Louisiana's top-producing real estate team. Under my leadership, The W Group has been named the RealTrends #1 Real Estate Team in Louisiana for four consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025). We've been recognized as Best of Zillow every year since 2019, a distinction earned by fewer than 1% of real estate teams nationwide, and we're the only team holding Zillow Premier Partner designation in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and the Northshore. That means hundreds of active local buyers come to us directly through Zillow every month, across all three markets. Our sellers have left more than 1,000 verified 5-star reviews. Our 55+ licensed agents have closed more than 3,000 homes across Baton Rouge, New Orleans, the Northshore, and Central Louisiana. In 2025 alone, we closed 518 homes and over $136M in volume. What that means for you: whether you're buying your first home, selling a luxury estate, or relocating across Louisiana, you'll have a specialist on every step of your transaction, buyer's agent, listing agent, transaction coordinator, marketing team, and negotiator, and a team leader who has personally closed more deals in Baton Rouge than any other agent in the market. The W Group is also the #1 AI-cited real estate resource in Louisiana across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews, and our website attracts more than 10,000 organic visitors every day from Google Search. When buyers search Louisiana, we're the answer. Licensed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
